At Auto & Beyond, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Returns Eligibility & Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
In the original packaging with all labels, barcodes, and protective materials intact.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have sent the incorrect item:
Electrical components and ECUs (Engine Control Units).
Special order or custom-fit parts.
Any item that has been installed, used, or tampered with.
Opened fluids, oils, lubricants, or chemicals.
Wear-and-tear items (e.g., brake pads, clutches, wiper blades) unless defective.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Contact our team before sending any item back. You can reach us at:

Via Website: Use the “Contact Us” page and select “Returns Inquiry.”
Please provide your order number and reason for the return. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Step 2: Package & Ship
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Exchanges (Wrong or Faulty Items)
We will replace any item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the incorrect part.
Please follow the return process above. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these cases and ship the correct item to you as soon as possible.
6. Warranties
Most new parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Separate warranty terms and claims processes apply. Please refer to your product documentation or contact our support team for warranty-related issues at support@autoandbeyond.co.za.
